TASKids - BCBA - Dallas, TX

Dallas, TX
Hybrid Home-Based BCBA in Dallas
Location: In-Home with flexible remote responsibilities

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Benefits of this position:

BCBAs are trusted to manage their caseloads and organize their own schedules. BCBAs have the ability to divide their time between in-home visits and remote workdays for planning, documentation, and supervision. This flexibility supports both productivity and well-being.

A hybrid, home-based role offers BCBAs meaningful professional freedom, healthier balance, and a more individualized approach to clinical care.
Sessions are scheduled thoughtfully, and cancellations—when clinically appropriate—are treated as part of normal, ethical service delivery. BCBAs are not expected to cover RBT sessions. This prevents burnout and respects the BCBA’s professional bandwidth. With home-based care focuses on family needs, the BCBA’s time is directed toward assessments, supervision, parent training, and high-level clinical decision-making.
 Individualized, Relationship-Centered Services.
In home-based work, families understand the BCBA’s purpose clearly. This model ensures BCBAs can provide consistent parent training, collaborate directly with caregivers, and support generalization of skills in the environment where the child spends the most time
