Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Champion Person-Centered Support

Role Overview As a BCBA, you’ll play a key role in empowering adults through evidence-based, individualized support. Your expertise will help shape positive outcomes and foster a sense of belonging and purpose for those you serve.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and Mentor: Provide guidance, supervision, and training to staff, caregivers, and RBTs, ensuring consistent and ethical practices across the team.
Conduct Individual Assessments: Take the time to understand each person’s strengths, preferences, and life goals, using this insight to inform all support strategies.
Develop Tailored Behavior Plans: Design and oversee personalized behavior support plans that align with individual needs and aspirations.
Promote Daily Living Skills: Implement interventions that encourage growth in daily living skills, independence, and active community participation.
Leverage Data for Success: Build and maintain effective data collection systems to track progress, evaluate interventions, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate and Advocate: Work closely with families, support networks, and community partners to advocate for the rights and well-being of those you support.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
State licensure/certification (as required)
Experience working with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities
Strong skills in person-centered planning, communication, and teamwork
Genuine passion for promoting autonomy, inclusion, and meaningful life outcomes
