Assistant Clinical Director Job Duties:
- You will be the clinical counterpart to our operations team, helping build and supporting lead the team
- You will engage, mentor, and inspire our team of clinical
- supervisors, BCBAs and RBTs while also handling a small client caseload as needed
- You will work in collaboration with Regional Director, administrative team, and company executive team expanding services in the Sacramento area
- Learn company clinical and administrative framework
- Full fill clinical quality training and compliance in your region, ensuring we are providing family focused clinical excellence
- Complete initial and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
- Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
- Provide industry leading Family Guidance
- Collaborate and problem solve with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to helping families reach their full potentials
- Assist with intakes, as well as discharge and transition planning for clients
- Other duties associated with the growth and development of Taskids in the Sacramento area as needed
Requirements:
- Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing
- At least 3 years of experience within a BCBA role
- Leadership and management skills
- A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families!
- A deep commitment to show up every day and be a leader for your team
- A willingness to work hard to Establish Taskids as the best choice for families looking for ABA treatment
*ABA Sign-On Bonus is paid after 90 days working with clients. Bonus will vary based on ABA work experience, education, certification and meeting all job requirements
