Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Physical Therapist with early intervention experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individualized therapy to infants and young children, collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary professionals to maximize developmental outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy interventions for infants and children (birth–5 years) with developmental delays or disabilities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals in partnership with families and other service providers.
  • Conduct therapy sessions in clinic setting
  • Monitor, document, and report on client progress; update treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate and support families to reinforce therapy goals in daily routines.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, and case managers.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and documentation standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BS/BA) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) licensure.
  • Experience in early intervention (birth–5 years) strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Reliable transportation for community-based sessions (if applicable).

Physical Demands
  • Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, computer typing, standing, fetching documents from file cabinets).
  • Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities.
  • Need to be able to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.)
