Starting Salary: $75,000-$85,000 DOE
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is primarily responsible for overseeing specific cases and providing direct therapeutic services to clients as needed, updating programs and treatment plans and providing supervision to Certified Behavior Technicians. They may operate as direct care staff members and report directly to the Clinical Director(s) and the CEO. They are directly accountable for the consistent implementation of all interventions prescribed in the treatment and behavior support plans. As a Program Manager, they will create programs, goals, treatment plans, and interventions under the guidance of a BCBA. They will also assist with supervision of CBTs and parent training.

They will also adhere to professional and legal requirements, the principles of behavior analysis and demonstrate sound professional judgment at all times
Reporting Structure: Certified Behavior Technicians will report to BCBAs regarding specific cases and clinical questions.
This position will report to the Clinical Director(s).
Duties and Responsibilities
Directly implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans.
Run group
Conduct client assessments.
Collect accurate data for all behavior programs
Update programs, goals, and interventions as needed.
Provide supervision to CBTs.
Conduct parent meeting and provide parent training.
Be responsible for maintaining thorough knowledge and understanding of each
intervention in place for every individual on his/her caseload at all times.
Must maintain confidentiality at all times. Must maintain BCBA credentials annually as per state guidelines.
Must follow (uphold) company administrative and clinical policies and procedures;
complete delegated tasks on time or notify the appropriate parties if a deadline will not be met and support the organization’s goals and values.
Daily Responsibilities
Check-in with parents prior to the session and debrief afterward
Create a plan for each session and set up an instructional environment that best
supports the client’s learning prior to the session start time
Take data and write session notes for each session
Implement the programs
Address clients challenging behaviors
Review data for specific cases
Update programs as needed for specific cases
Provide supervision to CBT regarding specific cases
Create and update treatment plans based on assessment.
Review sessions notes for clients.
Provide feedback to CBTs.
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Possess a Master’s degree or its equivalent.
Must be licensed in WA as a LaBA or eligible to be licensed within 30 days of hire.
Familiarity with electronic devices for data collection
Successfully complete a criminal background check sexual registry check.
Exhibit excellent public, employee, client and clinic relations skills.
Demonstrate excellent client service under challenging conditions.
Ability to take constructive criticism on performance as given by supervisors.
History of making reliable decisions and effectively communicating with others.
