TASKids is seeking a motivated and passionate student or intern currently pursuing a BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) or BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) credential. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) within a supportive, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Collect and analyze client progress data
Support direct therapy sessions with clients (children and/or adults)
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Assist with documentation and compliance tasks
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a BCaBA or BCBA program (verified coursework)
BS/BA in related field
Strong interest in ABA and client-centered care
Excellent communication, administrative and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must pass background and credentialing checks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Familiarity with ABA data collection tools/software
