Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence-based behavioral intervention services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental challenges. You will play a vital role in implementing individualized treatment plans and making a meaningful impact on our clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities
Implement Treatment Plans: Execute individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, ensuring fidelity to evidence-based protocols
Conduct Direct Client Services: Provide one-on-one and group behavioral intervention sessions with clients
Data Collection & Monitoring: Accurately collect, record, and report behavioral data; track client progress against established goals
Client Interaction: Build positive rapport with clients and families; communicate progress updates and observations to supervising BCBAs
Maintain Compliance: Follow all ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and clinic/school policies; maintain confidentiality at all times
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and continuing education opportunities
Collaborate with Team: Work effectively with BCBAs, other ABA technicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support client outcomes
Requires Qualifications
Certification: Current Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) credential
Education: Bachelor’s degree and in MA program preferred
Supervision: Ability to work effectively under BCBA supervision
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to consistent client care
Background Check: Pass background screening and drug test (standard for healthcare roles)
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health services
Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
Familiarity with electronic data collection and ABA software
CPR/First Aid certification
Bilingual abilities (Spanish a plus)
